We are a small family run guesthouse on the edge of Bayrisch Eisenstein. Quiet rooms, a proper breakfast and a garden where nobody rushes you after a ride. The national park starts more or less at the front door.

Biker friendly
Drying room for leathers, space for helmets, cloths and tools in the house. Motorbikes and mountain bikes are locked away. Route tips come with breakfast.

EV charging point
Type 2 wallbox right at the house. A full charge overnight, billed by consumption. Just tell us in advance so we keep the space free.

Free parking and Wi-Fi
Our own parking spaces in front of the house, trailers and bike shuttles included. Wi-Fi throughout the house, no time limit, no extra charge.
Why guests come back
The forest begins behind the garden
Bavarian Forest National Park a few minutes away, hiking trails start in the village.
Mountain bike groups are normal here, shuttle and trailer included.
Cross country trails nearby in winter, the Arber ski area is a ten minute drive.
Garden with lawn, benches and room for a beer after the ride.

As an aktivCARD host we hand you the card on arrival. It covers regional buses and trains and gets you into pools, museums and guided walks at no extra cost.
It is valid from the day you arrive to the day you leave, for every guest in the room.
