Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich GmbH (ALL-INKL.COM), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
When you open the website, the server automatically stores access data in so called log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system used, and the page visited before. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
Contact by email and phone
If you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible stay. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 point b GDPR for pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Enquiry form
Through the form on the contact page we collect your name and email address and, optionally, details of arrival, departure, number of guests, preferred room and your message. The details are sent by email to info@pension-arberland.de only and are not stored in the website database.
We process the details in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible stay. The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 point b GDPR for pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6 paragraph 1 point f GDPR. We delete enquiries from our mailbox once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
To protect against automated submissions, the form checks hidden details and the time taken before sending. No data is passed on to third parties in this process.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Technically necessary cookies may be set when you submit forms or when logging into the administration area.
Fonts
The fonts Bitter and Karla are served from our own server. There is no connection to servers operated by Google and no data is transmitted to Google.
Spam protection
We use Antispam Bee to protect against spam. The check runs on our own server and no data is passed on to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to information (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing (Article 21). Please use the contact details above.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
